Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc. was founded on December 17, 1985 as a family business owned by God.  Bart Azzarelli, Jr., his wife, Jan and Tim Pirc, the company's first employee, have worked arduously to create the company that exists today.   The company's values are best described by its mission statement:
