| Mark Cress is the Founder and President of Corporate Chaplains of America, a leading provider of chaplaincy services in the United States. During his business career, he owned several companies and served on numerous boards. More than a decade ago, he sold his business interests to enroll in seminary and answered a calling to workplace ministry and the writing of publications for this ministry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Radford University, a Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Ministry degree in Workplace Ethics and Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Mark resides with his wife in Raleigh, North Carolina. |

| Allison Dunn, CPA serves as Controller joining our team following five years of public and private accounting and auditing experience. Allison was the accounting manager for an assisted living company in Chapel Hill, NC managing a staff of five and overseeing the financial statement preparation of forty-one southeastern assisted living communities. She also was an experienced senior assurance associate with two national public accounting firms with client industries ranging from manufacturing to consumer products. She received both her undergraduate and master's degree in Accounting from East Carolina University, Greenville NC. Allison and her husband Chad have lived in Raleigh since 2001. |

| Jeff Hilles serves as Executive Vice President and is a member of the Board of Directors. He joined the ministry in 2001 and is presently responsible for Finance and Administration. Jeff’s background includes 30 years of business management experience in companies ranging from startups to multinationals. He holds a BS degree in Psychology from Lynchburg College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Jeff and his wife Judy have been married for 30 years with two grown children and live in Raleigh, NC. He is the deacon chairman in his church. |

| Chris Hobgood currently serves as Vice President of Chaplain and Project Development at Community Chaplains of America. After enjoying a career in pharmaceuticals for more than thirteen years, he joined the organization in 1999 as a staff chaplain in Atlanta, Georgia, later serving as Managing Chaplain and Corporate Trainer. He earned a BSE in Marketing and Education from Georgia State University and a Masters in Christian Education Degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He is currently a doctoral candidate for a Doctor of Ministry in Business Ethics and Leadership Development at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Chris has been instrumental in developing the training plan and learning materials for Community Chaplains of America in addition to developing relationships with strategic alliances for effective ministry. He resides with his wife and daughter in Atlanta, Georgia. |

| Ron Hudson currently serves as a Certified Chaplain following nineteen years of ministry experience and eight years in the US Navy Nuclear Power Program. Ron earned his BA from Baptist Bible College. Ron worked for thirteen years as a missionary in Japan where he learned Japanese and pastored several churches with the help of his wife and three children. Ron joined the organization in 2003 to continue his missionary work of evangelism and ministry. He is promoting awareness of Community Chaplains of America and coaching community chaplains as a Discussion Board leader on our web portal. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and daughter. |

| Ellen McNally serves as an accountant, joining the team in 2003 following 20 years of experience in office administration and accounting. A native of Virginia, she received her undergraduate education at Radford University with a degree in Psychology and a Business minor and later received her MBA from Meredith College in Raleigh in 1990. She brings to the ministry a broad range of knowledge earned from working in various fields including medical office administration and information technology. |

| Steve Murray, IT Manager, is responsible for the technical operations of the ministry, including the architecture and implementation of the Community Chaplain web portal. Steve comes to us with a background which includes 15 years of enterprise level software engineering. He is a graduate of Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science. Steve and his wife live in Apex, NC with a daughter and twin boys. |

| Dwayne Reece currently serves as Vice President of Field Development and leads team efforts to grow Community Chaplains of America in business and small company settings. He joined the organization in early 2000 as a staff chaplain in Columbia, South Carolina, where he was honored in 2002 as National Chaplain of the Year. He earned a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina Asheville, a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, and a Doctor of Ministry from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He resides with his wife and two children in Wake Forest, North Carolina. |

| Lynn Sayne has served as a Certified Chaplain for the past three years and was named as National Chaplain of the Year for 2005. Having more than thirty years of ministry experience and eight years in law enforcement, Lynn has a special place in his ministry for the grieving and has performed more than 4,000 funerals to reach out to those suffering a loss. He earned a BS in English Literature from Arlington Baptist College and a Masters in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia. He continued his education by earning a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling and Theology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling. Lynn focuses his efforts on promoting awareness of Community Chaplains of America and coaching community chaplains as a Discussion Board Leader on our web portal. He resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and three teenage children. |

| Jim Strawderman currently serves in Customer Service and Fulfillment at Community Chaplains of America. He enjoyed a twenty year career of active service in the US Navy followed by three years contracted as a Technical Training Specialist. After serving two years on the support staff at a local church in Pensacola, FL he joined the organization in 2005 as a Recruiting and Distribution Associate. Jim recently completed a BA in Biblical Studies from Southeastern College at Wake Forest, NC. He resides with his wife Tammy in the Wake Forest area. |
